Abstract:
|
This study examines the bi-directional construct of Work-family conflict in the Indian context. Results show that
W.C is more prevalent than .WC. Also it indicates that men and women in dual earner families do not differ in their
perception on Work-family conflict. The results are discussed around the similarities and differences in
W-F conflict. Implications and directions for future research have been given. |
